At Vehub, we are a purpose as a service software platform. We’re here to accelerate you and your community’s ability to contribute to the circular green economy. To do this, we will need to store your name and email address. We use this to ensure your access to our various Products and Features, as well as secure that no one else tampers with your user profile. We collect and use as little personal information as possible, because it’s the right thing to do.   

If you and your community are scoping or running a project in our software, we may need more information on your situation, and what you have available. This could be things like an address, electricity usage, it all depends on what kind of projects you’re working on. This data is only used to make sure your projects are a success. Our software uses a lot of data from a lot of places, but your is safe with us. We do not sell identifiable data to anyone. We may share some general data with contracted 3rd parties who are partners in our development and research, but only for the purpose of helping you with your project. They will not know who you are, or any identifiable specifics.  

We apply GDPR personal data compliance levels to all our users globally, and design for Nis2 compliance. These are currently the highest compliance standards in the world for personal data and cyber security.  

You can always view, change, or delete any of your personally identifiable data held with use. Write an email to info@greenisland.dk and you will respond to you within 24 hours.  


1. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
 

1.1 We will receive and process certain personal data about you when you register an account to use our software. This makes us responsible for the personal data about you that we process.  

1.2 We will process general personal data about you as long as you have an account with us.

2. PURPOSE OF COLLECTION YOUR PERSONAL DATA 

2.1 The purpose of collecting personal data about you is to ensure that you can register an account with, have access to, and can use our Software. We will retain your data as long as you have an account. 


3. DATA WE PROCESS AND HOW WE PROCESS DATA
 

3.1 When you register an account with us, we will collect the following basic personal data:

  • Full name; 
  • E-mail address; 
  • Employer


3.2 We will retain the personal data recorded about you for up to 3 months after you have deleted your account with us unless it is necessary to retain it for an extended period.

4.1 You have certain rights according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act.

4.3 Right of access to see your data (right of access):  

4.3.1 You have the right to see the personal data that we process about you as well as certain other data.

 

4.4 Right to rectification: 

4.4.1 You have the right to obtain rectification of any inaccurate personal data about you. 

 

4.5 Right to erasure: 

4.5.1 In certain cases, you have the right to obtain rectification about you before the time of our general erasure. 


4.6 Right to restriction of processing:
 

4.6.1 In certain cases, you have the right to obtain restriction of processing. If you have obtained the right to restriction of processing, we may from this time on only process the data – except for retention – with your consent or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another person or important public interest. 


4.7 Right to object:
 

4.7.1 In certain cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise legal processing of your personal data.

 

4.8 Right to data portability (data portability):  

4.8.1 You have in certain cases the right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and have the right to have that data transmitted from one controller to another without hindrance.

5. COMPLAINTS TO THE DANISH DATA PROTECTION AGENCY
